Price information
The prices are in EURO per person and day excl. local tax, incl. enjoyable gourmet breakfast buffet until 10.30 a.m., as well as use of our great pool (outdoor bath heated summer and winter) and wellness area, ski transfer to and from the Versettla valley station.

Payment
The hotel bill can be paid in CASH, by EC-Bankomat card (please note the foreign limit) or by credit card from EUR 300.- or more!

Arrival and departure
Arrival: Your room is ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. (special requests regarding hotel rooms are subject to availability, we ask for your understanding!)
Departure: We ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m.
Early check-in from 9 a.m.: EUR 40.-/person, depending on availability
Late check-out until 4 pm: EUR 40.-/person, depending on availability
Free ski shuttle
to and from the Versettla valley station – special trips for a fee!
General cancellation conditions
- up to 30 days before arrival you can cancel free of charge
- Within 30 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total amount
- Within 15 days before arrival we charge 80% of the total amount
- In case of cancellation within the last 7 days before arrival we charge 100% of the total amount.
- In case of early departure and no-show we charge 100% of the total amount.
